Can someone answer the phone

We purchase a couch from @home in July. the one side has a split in the wood. My wife has been trying to contact someone to assist in how we go about resolving the issue as the couch is barley three months old. Please can you get someone who can assist us to contact me please as she has been unable to get through to anyone on the numbers we have available for you guys.
