Terrible Customer Service from management

Saveira Singh manager at Shoprite Berea, as a manager ur customer service is pathetic!!! This has to go up to the highest authority. A cashier stands free where there is a opportunity to ease the long queues. Wow. Pathetic!!! Give me pik n pay supermarket anytime. When I tried to explain that I have less than 5 items and needed to purchase cigarettes as well and that it does not make sense joining 2 queues and sranding and half fainting in the hot supermarket she was absolutely RUDE! The cashier at the cig counter had served so many ppl b4 us with baskets and that did not corz a train smash. I cud not understand. This needs to be dealt with. I have pictures as evidence. Its ppl like this that drop the standards of the shop. Ay I rather have my Pik n Pay. I walk out smiling. I wil never go back to that store ever!!!
