There is nothing more disgusting than getting a pathetic service and rude cheeky employees. yesterday I returned a kettle that I bought in the morning same day because when I got home it didn't work. I first asked the security he told to go to kiosk after standing in a short but very slow que because the ladies were chatting, when it was my turn I told the lady assisting that I am returning a kettle she told me straight out to go and get a supervisor from the floor because she is the one that will be assisting me because she doen't have the time as she was preparing to go home and that was it she ignored me after that. Portia was now another one that just got in on duty she asked to serve the next client and when I told her I am returning a kettle she asked me 'am I returning it to her' with an attitude as if she was impatiently waiting for me to open my mouth so she can attack me. we argued with Portia until the supervisor came to assist me, mind you there were about five ladies standing behind the desk just chatting while the queue is getting longer. Is this what we have to put up with as customers. Is this what Spar teaches employees on customer service.
