DISGUSTED

I went to Shoprite today to get a few groceries for my child's birthday. It's month end and the queues are long. I paid for my things and realised that there's an incorrect pricing on one of the items, cashier just

said go to the kiosks for a refund. Waited there for 15min to be assisted. After I was done, I realised I didn't do a withdrawal, I asked Nantji to assist me back to the cashier and she refused and called Martha Masilela who interrogated me n ridiculed me in front of customers and told once I left the queue there's no way they can help me, I need to start the long queues again. She was extremely rudely, didn't even have mercy or any sense of customer service.
I was disgusted, hurt and angry that how could people in the service industry act like that! It was appalling to say the least. the attitude both of them had as Supervisors was disgusting!!! If that's how they treat customers then they are in the wrong industry!!
They really made me feel like an imbecile and it was totally not necessary!
