I couldn't believe the service i recieved from a Cashier at counter 3 at Shoprite Midrand by the name of Nokulunga, after buying some items at the shop i forget some of it in her counter instead of calling she just leave me going out the shop after i was confronted by the security when they checked the slip that some of my items are not there i went to her and asked why don't u remind she said i forget, i confronted the manager by the name of Flora what's where things started going wrong she said to me i will address the matter only to find out she just waited for me to leave the shop and went back to the office, when i called the shop i was attacked with words i said to her i don't really appreciate the way she's talking to me like her tone of voice she was very rude and telling me i should not expect her to be screaming at Nokulunga the cashier. I asked myself as a manager where are her leadership skills Shoprite need to start traing their staff how to communicate with their clients, I demand a written apology from shoprite as i've already started to bad mount Shoprite as brand about their incompetent staff.
