A week ago went to one of the tellers, said good morning to her, got no reply from her. While she was ringing up my 5 items she was chatting to the teller next to her, seems like they more interested in internal company policy and what other staff are up to. I gave her my credit card to pay and she didn't bother asking if I needed a bag. Just not interested in giving clients good service.
On Saturday, 2nd November took my Dad shopping same branch. He is 85 years old and walks with a walking stick and by the way he fell and hurt himself the previous week outside of PnP. After shopping we walked over to the 10 items or less tellers, I must admit that we had more than 10 items but thought it wouldn't be a problem as there was no long queue and he was a pensioner with a walking stick. The teller immediately moaned about the amount of items and with an attitude said I must pack it myself, after having a few words with her, I realised she is clueless, no point.
I am shocked to the core at your staffs attitude, seems like its the norm the bad attitude of the staff. always thought that PnP was one of the better stores to visit.
