Failure to give feedback and

I returned a poorly manufactured couch that I had bought from Rochester in Strubensvalley. It has been 2 weeks and I have had no feedback from the retailer, I called twice this week and was promised a call back, but no called me back. Then today I called their Head Office, was put through to Candice but her line just rings and rings. The receptionist took my number down twice, but no one has bothered to call me back. I am infuriated because we spent thousands on this product and now we have to beg for assistance.
