The service I am getting is very poo

In January this year I bought a pair of leather couches. I am still paying for them as we speak. They were delivered on time however one of the couches was not netted properly. We phoned them and the people that needed to fix it came three weeks later. they said they can not fix it there, the machine they use is in the factory. They will come and collect it. And they did, the problem is that they came a month later and took it.

The couch has not come back to us. We do not have a couch and we are still paying the money. We do call Rochester Centurion almost every day and they say they will call us back and they don't.

I would like to repat this statement, They say they will call us back and they dont. I just want to know why must I still pay them money for something I dont have.

I am starting to hate Rochester, I am starting to switch off the Radio when ever I hear Rochester Adverts.
