Good day

I bought a couch last week and had it delivered to me on Wednesday 17 Apr '13. Later that day I noticed a couple of issues with the couch; there was a pen mark on the armrest and some loose stitching on the side of the couch. I had also realised that I did not receive the Master-guard certificate as promised and paid for. On Friday 19 Apr I called the branch to lodge a complaint and I spoke to Themba, the salesman whom I bought from. He kept me on the phone and I heard him agree with another department that someone would call me on Monday 22 Apr to arrange a visit to check the couch.
Over that weekend I also noticed a scuff mark on the couch headrest region. No-one contacted me on Monday so on Tue 23 Apr I called the branch. I spoke to Justin Lowery and explained the situation. He noted it down and promised someone would follow up on Wed 24 Apr.
It is now Thursday and still I have not been contacted by anyone and this is extremely disappointing.
It seems Rochester are full of empty promises.
