I paid a settlement fee of R18477.12 as given by the consultant at the store and she even gave me a print out showing that the account is on a zero balance and assured me that the d/o won't go through. Then on the 25 october a d/o for R261.35 went off from my account, I went back to the store to enquire abt that n the same lady assured me that I will get a refund within 48hrs, and guess what, I'm still waiting. Like what the is up with this stores, u miss a payment they'll be on ur case but when they have to refund you its a hustle. I want my money asap
