Graham and the Bissell rep were fantastic

I have had a few bad experiences with Game and try not to shop there as a result, however I had a wonderful experience at the Kenilworth Centre branch while buying a Bissell pet fur removing vaccuum cleaner. Graham was helpful, polite and answered all my questions, the service was excellent and the rep from Bissell went through the workings of the machine as well as the warranty period with me.

Overall a really good buying experience and praise for the staff!
