I had an account that was handed over to them which I have been paying off well via debit order. On the 25th of March 2013, I decided to settle the account and I was given a 20% settlement discount. I was informed that should the debit order go through at the end of the month I'll receive a refund. I fax proof of payment the same day on instruction from Lydia, which she later denied receiving it, saying that its my fault I won't receive a refund because I didn't send proof of payment. I then sent her the fax print out showing that the fax went through. Instead of them giving back my money, they now need proof of banking details, my I'd and a refund form, things that they did not need when I first gave them my account number for debit order.

The most annoying thing is that Lydia to me evertime I speak to her. She promises to call or email and she never does until I call her. I have spent so much money trying to get my money from them. Another thing that me off is that these people are often rude when they want money from you, but when they have to give out money, its like speaking to walls. I have spoken to more than five people at Capital Data. off!
