Delay in refunding unauthorised debit orde

I do not owe LEXMED any money at all. In September 2013, they made an unauthorised debit order on my bank account for R600. When I asked why they promised to refund the money within 2 working days. It is now October 2013 & they are still ignoring my calls and emails. I have been patient enough & have now lost faith that this company will ever refund my money. According to our agreement, my monthly debit order was supposed to run for only 6 months or when the debt is settled in full. I settled the debt in full and had ZERO balance. I sent them proof of settlement (payment), BUT they still deducted an extra R600, even though they were supposed to cancel the debit order. All I want is my money back & no run arounds & no excuses & no stories.
