I recently bought two pairs of shoes and chinos from Truworth's online store on 2013-10-23. Unfortunately the only item that was delivered to me thus far was one pair of shoes. It has been well past the waiting period for me to receive the goods in question and even worse is that my account was debited for everything I had purchased, this includes the items I have not yet received.

I queried this particular matter, but to no avail. The customer consultant simply referred me to another store to once again repeat my dilemma. It's ironic on how I've been the victim of atrocious customer service lately, especially as a loyal customer. Surely I am not valued and it has been shown on more than one occasion. Not once did I receive a communication notifying that my parcel is running late or whether or not it's even on route. I will pay the remaining fees on my account and close it at the end of this month. It's true that Truworths simply doesn't care...
