Ad attitude and looking down on me as a custome

I was attracted by a nice dress on display, I asked a sales person to help me find it but she couldn't find it, she askd connie who also works with her if she can help bt connie freaked out and told us that its finished. I was so disappointd n and I complained to her manager (David Maifadi) who assisted me and we found da dress.whe the manager tried to talk to her together with me, she continued with her attitude and I left. I am very disappointed I must say
