CELL C MUST GET THEIR HOUSE IN ORDER

We have been married for 10 years and for 10 years we are trying to change my wife's surname at CELL C. Seems it can't be done. We have moved and the new address was given to CELL C to be updated and changed, this never happened. Our lines have been cut of due to no payment. This is because we have changed the banking details for the debit order years ago and is still not updated on their system. When you phone customer care with an issue you hold on for a looong time. Once you eventually get a hold of someone they can not help you because the surname, banking details and address is wrong, you then spend valuable time to explain that it was given on a couple of times and was promised by the CELL C consultant that it is fixed. After speaking to 4 different consultants and holding on for not less than 45min our lines is still not activated. Can someone give me the number for the MD of CELL C so I can ask him to update all the info and to get our lines reactivated? Next month will be the same fight all over again. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
