I bought a pair of Aviator Raybans at Edgars. I gaurd my sunglasses with my life, however i realised my frame was kinda sitting skew on my face. I took it in for an assesment and the gentleman confirmed that it customers probably adjusted it when it was in the store to suite their face shapes. He was going to get Edgars management to call me or Sunglasses Hut. I have left numerous messages as my glasses is still within warranty. Its summer and I want it sorted. I often wonder why retailers like Edgars treat you like gold when you willing to spend on R2000 in their store, but when you have an issue, no one seems to be able to assist? Maybe its time to share my story - think I will drop it on our schools forums... Will be a great way to spread my negative story.
