Great experience at Sunglass Hut counte

I went to buy a pair of sunglasses as a birthday gift for a loved one. I approached the Sunglass Hut counter inside the Edgars at Sandton City and was immediately helped by Sylvester. He was very friendly and spent a long time advising me on the perfect pair of glasses, asking questions about face shape, favourite colour, etc.
At no point did he try rush me into a decision, and showed me numerous pairs of sunglasses.
After selecting a pair he offered to extend the 11 day exchange period to 14 days, so that it would coincide with the birthday of the loved one (in case they didn't like the choice I had made).
I really appreciate this great customer service! Well done Sylvester - dealing with people like you really makes shopping a pleasant experience.
