PAIR OF SHOE WITH 2 PRICES AND BAD ATTITUDE

On Wednesday 30 Ocotber around 17h00 I went to LEGIT in park central (joberg) I bought a pair of blue, green printed shoe, the shoe had 2 prices R90.00 and R40.00. I called the sop consultant to ask about the prices and she answered me rom a distance that the lowest price was correct without double checking. at the cashier I was told that the shoe was R90.00 when I start asking hosw come I was accused of putting the other price on the shoe (DEFORMATION OF CHARACTOR) I was humiliated in from of about 20 customers..I asked them to roll cabk the cameras to prove what they were saying and they told me there are no cameras on the shop. the consultants don's even have name tags I got Zanele's name on the till slipt (they finaly gave me the shoe at the low price but with an attitude) the next day I called EDCON complaint line and spoke to James who promised to log a complain and send to his boss ten he was gonna call me same day to give me a reference number ad to tell what they going to do about this. still awaiting or his call is day 3 today (WHAT A POOR SERVICE FROM EDCON NAD FALSE PROMISES) FROM HUMILIATION TO FALSE PROMISE) I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AT ALL.
