I like to think of myself as a very understandable person, but after this really frustrating experience I don't think anyone would still be calm. I ordered the Batman Arkham Origins: Collector's addition on the 23rd of September, only to first receive an email stating that it was out of stock, then another email from Peter September saying I will still be getting it.

Then yesterday I get ANOTHER email saying that I had to reorder it and that they will give me a R100 voucher to say sorry, (this I might add just put the price back to what it was when I made the original purchase). I called the centre to find out if this was for real this time and it was so I did the repurchase even though the original money had not been refunded yet. I then called again to make sure I will still get it today. They said YES.

Today I find out I will not be getting it today. I will be getting it tomorrow.. I call and they say sorry. well I am sorry to because your voucher did not seem like a proper apology, because all it did was keep the price at what it was originally for me. I moved a meeting so that I would be here today, but alas now it clashes again with the meeting.
