Yesterday I went to Game to confirm if my credit account has been approved upon speaking Monica credit account consultant my day was spoiled. When I got there I said to her I'm here to confirm if my account was approved, she gave me the phone to confirm with head office and I immediately told her that I received an SMS congratulating me that the account was approved her response was why didn't say so next to was her colleague Lorraine who was with her at the time, who intervene asking me why didn't you say so, I responded by saying I didn't know that once you receive the SMS the account was approved on their desk because I applied physical and they were suppose confirm that the account was approved without giving me bad attitude, arguing and ganging up on me just too prove a point. I got offended, to start with Lorraine was not assist me and they should educate and assist with respect. My dignity was dented and I'm not working for Game hence I would not know their processes. Thank you to MK Mnguni manager who manage to redeem the experience he was very patient with respectful, I would really appreciate an apology from Monica and Lorraine or their should place at back office.
