Incompetence and no communication out of rudeness

Sept 13 I applied for a contact phone, assisted by an African lady. On sept 14 around 11 I went to enquire because I was not contacted as promised. Upon my initial she told me I had been approved, I asked her why she didn't contact me, she responded, I was approved now. I don't know how course she didn't check her system. When I asked for the phone she said they didn't have stock, when I asked why she never told me before I signed up, she said she didn't know. I there after spent over an hour waiting for her trying to find me the phone from other stores which was unsuccessful. I am upset because had she told about stock I would have perhaps driven to a branch that had stock yesterday. She behaves like she does not like her job at all because when I first came she intended sending me back home and to the banks for things she does not need because I have an existing contact but she did not even bother asking me that first. It's like she didn't wanna help me. A guy she was assisting was complaining she signed him up for a wrong contract package. A colleague of mine applied for a contract they never bothered to process it until the store manager assisted her. She must be fired.
