FNB Terrible Feedback/Response on Finance Enquiry

I applied for vehicle finance via FNBwebsite on 21 February 2013 at 15:00 which was immediately approved online but subject to receipt of documentation such as ID, proof of address etc. On this confirmation it said that I would receive at call from a consultant within the next 6 working hours to explain where I need to send the docs. Friday 22 February - I hear nothing by 12:00 and I phone to follow up where I need to send docs. After waiting 20 min on line, I get an email address and send the docs. Emailed gets returned on Saturday 23 Feb (but is correct). Follow up on Monday 25 Feb - get another email address (Roslyn Xhosa) with docs and email is sent back. Tuesday 26 February still no news, follow up and I get told by Tebogo that Junior is currently busy with the deal at credit but will come back to me before the end of the day. Wednesay 27 February - Still no news from Junior, I phone again in the afternoon of which Refilwe tells me Junior is not at work but Lorraine is working with the deal. All is approved, Lorraine will call me at 15:00 to discuss interest rate. I phone again at 16:00 and leave another message for Lorraine. 28 Feb 9.46 - still no feedback. Pathetic
