ROBBED IN PEP AND NO ONE ASSISTED

Me and my 7 month old baby girl was shopping in Pep in Centurion Mall on Saturday morning when my handbag got from my baby's pram in the store-When I reported it to staff and asked where security is and if they had security cameras they said to me that they do not have any security or cameras-In a panicked state I began to search through the whole store for my handbag (alone-none of Pep staff bothered to offer any help) until a fellow customer asked if she can help and assisted me-I lost cash, my car and home keys, ID, cellphone, drivers licence EVERYTHING and I was stranded at a mall with a infant child (my husband is currently overseas) and no assistance from Pep-Best of all is that I was at another branch of Pep the following day at the Grove mall and they too have not any security-Shame on you Pep-how are customers suppose to feel safe with this no-care attitude you are showing? And how am I suppose to get justice for my handbag and contents in a place I am supposed to be and feel safe???
