Cell C

We sat at Game for hours on Sunday to get our Cell C contracts (THREE) approved. After waiting for so long, and additional unreasonable requests for additional information, we finally got it approved!
Then, the Game consultant had to contact Cell C to provide them with the IMIE numbers, as we also want to keep our numbers from other networks... TWO of the packages that we wanted, was not listed with Cell C??
It's listed on the Game booklet, but not with Cell C?? How is that possible??
So Game told us to come back today, as they need to just contact Cell C head Office to load the packages.
BUT today, we were contacted and told that now all of a sudden, only two of the three contracts will be approved, as we don't qualify for three?? So first on Sunday it was approved, and now all of a sudden it's not anymore?
How is that possible?? If a person earn over R 30 000 p.m. surely contracts to small value of around R 750 p.m. should be approved?? The consultant now all of a sudden tell us we only qualify for R 600 p.m. LOL!!!
Perhaps Cell C just doesn't want our business??
We specifically converted to prepaid from Vodacom, to join Cell C?? Seems like Cell C and not GAME is to blame
