Cashier with bad attitude

On 29/10/2013 at 18:45 I visted this store. While at the till point where I found Prudence Ngomane aka Gugu. She completely ignored me at the pay point. Instead she was busy swivelling barcodes for fruit and veg. While standing unattended to I continue to unpack my shopping basket. After I had completed to unpack my shopping basket, she then informed me that she was awaiting another customer that was still collecting his items to purchase. She was also well aware of my presence as she spoke in Zulu to her packing assistant that she will only respond if I asked cause it was not her fathers shop. I am purely frustrated with this type of service as I too work hard for my keep. This store has always offered cutting edge service and a wide spread of products. I just think she is not worthy of this position as this is the face your business.
