Horrible service from INCOMPETENT and lazy cashie

On Sunday 15 Dec 2013 I went to PnP Woodlands to buy a few things. Firstly after waiting forever in a queue I got to the front at the basket section and the cashier, Olga Mokoena, told me to unpack my own basket!! She didn't even ask me politely!! She just said "excuse me, unpack that basket"! I freaked out and asked her what she got paid for if I had to unpack my own basket and she just ignored me! When i got home i realized she charged me for a cucumber but didn't put it in my bag! I immediately phoned PnP and told them what happened. The manager promised to phone me back after a few mins. Needless to say i'm still waiting!!! I refuse to drive all the way to PnP for a cucumber worth R8! The way they treat their CUSTOMERS is unacceptable and PATHETIC!!!
