Poor, pathetic customer service

I am very disappointed and shocked at the service I received from your branch in Glenmarais (Kempton park).
I called Fruit n veg Glen Marais last week to enquire about a fruit basket since we were planning a surprise for my boss.
I spoke to Leeann who advised me that the shop does not have pre- packed fruit baskets, all I need to do is come
To the shop and purchase the fruits, once that is done the store will assemble it nicely for me.

Saturday morning I went to the store and did as I was told by Leeann, to my surprise no one knew anything about the

Leann does not respect her customers, its shame we have incompetent, uncaring people like her in customer service.
