JHB hospital

My mom slipped and fell on a step, broke her finger and her hips injured. Has a huge bruise on her arm. She fell trying to provide a slip when she was walking out the store. No accident report was filed by the store manager..all the security guy did was give her another dosen of eggs. Next day she's in JHB hospital. its not acceptable that they didn't make sure she was fine and take her to hospital there and then. I expect real action and follow up. Not a generic message from Dean Olwage.
