The securities are lowering your standards

When i got to pick n pay, when i entered there are no shopping baskets.
They were on the exit side of the store. Went out of the store to collect a basket on the exit side of the store. The security Lady started shouting at me. I took the basket and be grabbed it out of my hand. This was hurtful.
I went to the help desk; the lady was kind enough to call someone to bring a trolley for me. She tried resolving the matter between me and the security Lady.
Shopping will be enjoyable knowing that we have shopping basket on the entrance side of the store. Having friendly service, securities that are respectful and improve on customer service will help you a lot.
