Repairs on Nexus Tablet taking 2 months and more

Nexus Tablet returned 5 Sept for repairs. I received emails as follows after I had to chase up with Kalahari:-10 Sept-"evaluation take 3 days, if requires further assessment, take further 14 days to process the return"; 25 Sept-"following up with supplier";7 Oct "supplier still busy with repair"; 8 Oct "waiting feedback from supplier";9 Oct "replace mainboard"; 11 & 14 Oct "waiting feedback"; 16 Oct "repair complete today or tomorrow"; 25 Oct "waiting feedback". I phoned a number of times, promised calls back still waiting. Now waiting for Janet Benjamin to phone. What is SLA with supplier? Who is this supplier? Don't want item, give me my money back. Everytime we complained on Facebook, they asked for reference. Both I and my friend Rebekah complaint a few times and the same response, "please provide reference no." nothing came of it. Kalahari should not be dealing with bad suppliers - this supplier needs to be identified.
