No refund after 4 months for out of stock product

I placed and order on the internet and made payment for a book on 16.01.2013. after no receipt I followed up on 31.01.13, 04.02.13, placed new order as the supplier where I first order was out of stock. nothing received once again. Followed up again on 20.03.2013 where Kalahari informed me that the 2nd supplier was also out of stock and will refund me. on 22.03.2013 they emaild me to say the refund faild and I had to complete a 3rd party refund form, This form was completed and sent back the same day. on 25.03.2013 the aknowledged my receipt of the form and said they will resubmit the refund. Nothing was ever refunded. I had to follow up again and again with NO feedback or responce. They have taken my money with n problem without giving something in return and still waiting. This is the most unethical dishonest customer service I have ever received. I want my money back!!!
