Bought a Leappad 2 from Kalahari, last September, the Leappad does not want to read cartridges. When I contacted Kalahari support, I was told to contact their supplier directly??? I did as requested but the supplier did not want to assist and advised I should go directly through Kalahari. The Leappad was collected by Kalahari's courier on the 03rd of April 2013.I had to phone them to confirm if they received it!! After that they promised to stay in contact via e-mail to keep me updated on the progress... Nothing. It has been over a month, I have to phone them constantly (22nd, 23rd, 29th of April and 06th May) and all I get from their support staff is they are waiting on the returns department and nothing has been done!!! Until now I still don't know what is wrong with the Leappad.
