Makro sold damaged good on behalf of a supplie

Ought a bicycle that was assembled by the suppliers like his back side, the back wheel was not alighned and the crank is loose and knocking when you cycle. the front bearings on the wheel has been damaged due to bad assembly. Had taken it back once already and they tried to repair it, but the problem has returned. Now they insist that it gets assessed by the supplier again. how many times must it go in for repairs??? I paid them for the item not the supplier. The supplier and Makro have an arrangement not I with the supplier.
