No idea how to fix a Nexus 7

Telecommunications

Hello Vodacom,

I have a Nexus 7 on contract from you guys, as well as numerous other contracts for about the past 7 years. In less than a month my Nexus 7's Digitizer broke (cracked), when I went to go get it fixed, I was told that you guys don't know how to go about fixing it. Also that you are not sure where to send the unit for repairs. I was then called into the offices, after waiting a whole hour, to speak to someone at Kalahari. I was told that they can't help. Eventually Cynthia sent me an e-mail:

"Afternoon John

Please note that your handset will be send to Mastic Computers

The Quote on the repair will be from R2600.00 to R3000.00, please let us know if we can send the handset or not. Should we send the unit to them, then you reject the quote the will be a R165.00 assessment fee to be paid."

Mastic Computers!? you want to fix my tablet at a shop that isn't ASUS (supplier of the Nexus 7)
and then have the decency of quoting 2600-3000 rands for a digitizer? that is the price of a brand new NEXUS 32gb 3G unit at incredible connection.

I feel you shouldn't supply products that you can't fix, or know where to get it fixed.

Thank you,
John.
