Refuse to supply me with paid up lette

Good day,

My wife as under administration and I then decided to settle all her accounts in the hope of clearing her name. I contacted all her creditors whom were listed under her administration order and all (including the Foshini Group) supplied me with settlement amounts. I then personally paid all her creditors in full and forwarded all her creditors proof of payment and requested paid up letters which we will then give to the attorneys whom are handling her administration.

No problems up until the last creditor (Foshini Group). I had to call the customer service centre/accounts department. A call that lasted for 22 minutes just to find out that they cannot supply my wife with a paid up letter. I spoke to a Mrs. J. Lottering and when asked why she could not give me a reason. She then transferred my call to a Mrs. Aza hom point blank refused to give me her surname. She told me that according to the policies and procedures of the Foshini Group they cannot supply us with a paid up letter.

Please, as a consumer I'm entitled to a paid up letter and will be reporting to the National Credit regulator and Ombudsman if not supplied with a paid up letter!

Very disgusted with service!
