Refund and Poor Customer Service

I have been a client of Consumer Assist for a few years and have received excellent service up until now.
I paid up all of my creditors besides one creditor. I dealt with the Assistant Manager, Chantal, and sent her all my paid up letters via email and confirmed this with her. I begged her to change my instalment amount for my last creditor in the beginning of November and informed her I will square up my last creditor in December and send her my final paid up letter yet my deduction in November was the same and was not amended as per my request.

When I called I was told she will call me back in the morning with feedback on when a reverse payment will be made, I contacted Consumer Assist again but no reply call.

Also I checked my credit record with the credit bureau and the creditors I paid and the paid up letters I sent to Consumer Assist has not been updated at the bureau.

I demand my refund immediately and my credit record updated.

The no response from Consumer Assist is unacceptable and depressing as I want to clear my record but all I have received is poor service and lack of assistance and response.
