Hi
I have been begging Consumer Assist to fix up my administration on their side for the last 3 weeks coming on. I have paid up most of my creditors besides one and sent them all the paid up letters- yet the Assistant Manager, Candice keeps on insisting I still have two creditors.
In November, Consumer Assist deducted the incorrect amount after I sent several emails and I even called to inform them of my paid up letters. Yet still the wrong amount deducted after informing them almost 4 weeks in advance.
NOW two weeks later they told me they would refund me and pay my one creditor. I have just received an email saying they will refund the whole amount and I need to pay the instalment back to them for the one creditor?
WHO WILL BE PAYING FOR THESE BANK CHARGES??
I am really so tired of this whole process with Consumer Assist. All I want is the correct monthly amount to be deducted and my administration updated?
Why is it so hard to fix something so small?
I need this to go away!
