Worst Service Ever!!!

We moved to Canada in September of 2012. My mom settled my Foschini account on my behalf. About 6-8 months after that I started getting mail from a collections company, After a ton of attempts to correct the problem I finally got through to a guy that said he would help me. The cost of the magazine they send out was never stopped and they kept billing me even after my account was paid in full and closed. So he assured me that he will fix the problem and that I will not hear from the collections company again... well, I just got another mail from them. This time they are telling me they are going to take legal action if I don't pay my account. I am furious because my good credit name are being pulled through the mud because an incompetent company can't even cancel an account properly. I will not stand for this... my name has to be cleared. I did not make the mistake, you did and now I am going to pay for it!!!
