To whom it may concern i have an account with Foshini that i paid in full in September 2013. This morning when i got to work i recieve an email that i need to pay an amount of R154 before a certain date or legal action will be taken. I then phoned Foschini to tell them that i have made the full payment on my account and the was informed that i have an insurance on my account that i didnt even know i had and a club magazine. So i asked them to cancel and cancel my account i was informed that this needed to be done by a different company that they supplied me the number for. I have been on the phone trying to get through to the call centre for over an hour put down phone again then get through to there swichboard and place from pillar to post. All i want to do is cancel the darn card and everything on it is that so difficult to do. I also dont have the amount the requesting as i was under the impression that the account is settled kindly when a client ask for a settlement figure inform the of all the other little details. Please assist as i am not sure how to sort this. Thanks
