From happy to disappointed

I recently joined zanado after my manager at work raved about their service and products. I joined and got a R50 discount. I purchased a hi-tec sandals online, i was happy to have received it the next day. i have only used this item 3 times and the buckle on the sandle gave up and broke, this type of sandal is a hiking sandal surely it would be able to endure more than my weekend walking which wouldnt even accumulate to 2km!!! very disappointed sadly i registered 4 of my friends as well.
