TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN!
On Sunday (27th October 2013) morning me and my wife went to Kenilworth Centre (PIC n PAY) as they were having a promo on there OMO AUTO WASHING POWDER 2KG! Me & my wife then went to the ilse & asked the yound lady that was un-packing the OMO if there is any limitation (done my duty to ask) & her response was no "YOU CAN TAKE AS MANY AS YOU LIKE" & I took 20 bags of OMO - & we took other stuff as well like your HANDY ANDY, SUNLIGHT and STAY SOFT, 20 of each. We got to the till, i think it was the till supervisor who looked at our trolley and told me i could only take 6x OMO bags because there is a limit. I told her your promo pamphlet does not stipulate 6 per customer only and i asked to speak to MANAGER. Zubair came & told me straight away, i can only have 6 as his promo pamphlet cleary states 6 per customer & i told him nowhere does it stipulate that, i should him and he walked away. STORE MANAGER came (DAWID HENDRICKS) what a RUDE store manager, he did not want to hear my story and was talking all over me, his words to me "I MAKE THE RULES AND THIS IS MY STORE" And "I MUST READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS". I know nothing is going to happen of my complaint.
