Not happy and will recomend no one use this store

I bought a sony psp for someone, I did not have anyone assisting me and I would have preferred to make sure the product and games worked before heading back to the kruger park where I work and at times wont be out for weeks. So I decide I will ensure it works only to find it had no memory card and had to arrange someone to purchase one for me so that the gift works. I then found out that the person had one already and did not need it.
so I managed to find the time to get to the branch to return the product (all in order and with receipt) and get told no because its open they wont take it... yet how am I to know its in order?
I find this and an insult. I now sit with a product I do not want or need and wasted R1700.00

I paid cash for this useless product
