Mac Cosmetics
Poor service

My aunt and I waited to be helped in Mac for about 15 minutes. The store was not exceptionally busy, but staff were more preoccupied with makeovers with others while at least 4 different groups of people stood waiting for service. When my aunt was finally helped in finding the lipstick, she was shoved the lipstick while the lady spoke across the room to somebody else. I was offered assistance long after i was asked if I had been helped. Very disappointed especially because we are usually Mac clients.
