Order policy for products unacceptable!!!

I have contacted CNA Customer experience team to find out if they can order Smallville Season 2 and 3 for me. The mentioned consultant said to me that CNA can not just order a specific product just for one client. According to him more than one client should request the product before it will be worth it to order it.

He also said that according to him the product has been discontinued from their suppliers BUT the product is still available at other retailers why not @ CNA? It is not the first time that I have requested a product to be ordered for me and my request was denied.

Is my business not good or big enough for CNA to order a product for me? And why do they also charge client an ordering fee if we order something?

Please assist me urgently!!
