NOT WORKING

Good day

Bought this product from you company on Friday 21/06/13 and received it yesterday 24/02/13 to find that the "free stuff" not included but its marked as packet. I used the product to see how it works for about 20 mins or so and had to go for an appointment. Switched the product off and when i returned to use the product it didnt want to switch on so i charged it (thinking it odd as i charged it before i used it). left it for the prescribed time for its charge being 3 hrs as per manual and still it just flashes the screen once and goes dead the indicator light to say its on is working but thats all. what to do now
