No delivery of GAME store vouche

I have a Game card of less than 5 months now when activating this card you are given R400 in store vouchers (of which a R250 voucher will be given in-store and the remaining R150 to follow via post). I have had to contact the customer services department monthly just to receive a update of a monthly statement due to incorrectly captured postal details originally captured. At the same time I have been on their case for the voucher. I even suggested them sending it via freight company as they just cant seem to get the required to me via post. I had been advised by Mandla on e-mail on the 13 September 2013 that they would load me to the e-statement system to receive my monthly statement and the voucher would be sent in the post directly to my physical address that month... still nothing!!! I have since been receiving both e-statements and print outs in the post but still to date no vouchers as promised. Is the R150 voucher conveniently a "get lost in the post no delivery voucher" because it gets only sent via post and not given in-store? When can I expect to receive this voucher? As a new account holder, I am absolutely disgusted in the service delivery received.
