Non delivery of vouchers (Edgars Club)

Hi Edgars

I'm very sad and disappointed to not receive the yearly birthday vouchers due to Gauteng post office strike. (my birthday is in April). Edgars has my e-mail address to email me my monthly statements (on time), yet you couldn't e-mail me to let me know about not receiving voucher due to post office strike and what to do in event of not receiving?

I received my April club mag, yet there were no special birthday vouchers like the past years! That is one of the things that Edgars highlight when signing up with Edgars Club - I feel pretty cheated as a loyal customer :(

As a loyal customer for several years, am I going to be "punished" for a strike that is not my fault?
