Truworths
No voucher, no card, no statement

I received an sms from Truworths that I have been approved for an account - which I never applied for- I went into the Randfontein branch with my ID book, I bought a few Items and was told at the till that my card and Voucher of R500 will be posted to me. 2 Months later I still haven't received any thing and I settled the FULL amount. About 2 month later I bought again - with my ID book - I mailed the head office about the card and voucher, received a replay that problem will be solved within 48hours. Another 2 months down the line STILL NO CARD, NO R500 GIFT VOUCHER, NO STATEMENT.
I withheld payment in the HOPE that Truworths will phone me and we can solve the matter. BUT every one phoning for payment is as clueless and an able to help as the previous. All I get is arrogant people demanding the money, All I want is my Voucher, Card and Statement. the advert says open an account and get R500 voucher, It looks like its just a store with empty promises! I'm very discussed with the service delivery that Trueworths has given - 9 MONTHS PAST STILL NO CARD, NO STATEMENT, NO VOUCHER AND NO SERVICE/RESPONDS.
