Shooh this is ridiculus

I go into shoprite on north beach after the gym just to grab some stuff and after standing in the queue for 15 minutes i noticed the can of tuna did not have a halaal sign, so i ask the cashier maria can i please go change it as i did not see it was not halaal. She tells me its ok i can go change it, to my surprise when i get back to the till, there is no maria... I could not beleive it and when i asked where she is, i am told she is gone for cashup... and my stuff is on the floor again... i go to get my stuff again and ask for the manager... i am told there is no manager, they have all gone home and there is only a till operator left Bongi, and when i told her what happened she had no reply... and to make matters worse i have to pack my groceries myself... firstly i am a public relations manager and this is not how you treat your customers... secondly in todays economy buisiness is bad can you really afford to loose customers... surely management should be training staff to deal with clientele and another thing arent youll afraid of getting a bad reputation as the food market is very big and your competitiors are reputable
